Exhibition Stand Builders at Telford International Centre

Exhibiting at Telford International Centre? Vehicle access into all three halls and deliberately unbranded interiors make it one of the easiest Midlands venues to build in — and one where your stand is the only thing competing for attention.

Exhibiting at Telford International Centre

Telford International Centre offers 15,000 square metres of floor space, of which three fully serviceable halls account for 10,000 square metres. It sits in the middle of the country with over 1,500 on-site parking spaces, a little over a mile from Telford Central Station and under an hour by road from Birmingham International.

It is a straightforward Midlands venue in the best sense. From our workshop in Redditch it is a comfortable run rather than a trip, which means site visits during build-up are practical and a problem on doors-open morning is something we can drive to.

Three halls, 10,000 sqm

Fully serviceable exhibition space within 15,000 sqm of floor space overall.

Vehicle access to all halls

No dock levellers, no goods lifts, no queueing for a shared bay.

Deliberately unbranded interiors

The venue keeps its halls brand-free, so nothing competes with your stand.

1,500+ on-site parking spaces

All within walking distance, with rail a mile away at Telford Central.

What the venue offers

Three halls, in-house event support and a site built around getting vehicles and people in without friction. The details below are the ones that actually change how a stand gets designed and built.

Vehicle access, and why it matters

All three halls take vehicle access directly. There are no dock levellers to queue for and no goods lifts capping what you can bring in, which removes most of the constraints that shape a build at a larger or older venue.

In practice that widens what is possible. Components can be bigger, because nothing has to fit through a lift. Heavy or awkward exhibits can be driven in rather than manoeuvred. And build-up runs faster, because unloading is not gated behind a shared bay. If you have ever had a build day eaten by waiting for a dock slot, this is the venue where that does not happen.

Planning a Telford build

Simpler than a national venue on almost every count, but the paperwork is identical and the deadlines are just as firm. Those come from your show organiser rather than from the venue.

RAMS and structural sign-off

Set by your show organiser in the exhibitor manual, not by the venue.

Confirm your hall early

Three halls with different footprints. It shapes the floorplan you design to.

Use the vehicle access

Design bigger components than a lift-constrained venue would allow.

Reuse across the calendar

Telford and the NEC are close enough to run off one stored structure.

Why exhibitors choose us for Telford

We design and manufacture in our own workshop in Redditch, which is close enough to Telford that the whole job stays under one roof and one team. No handover, no subcontractor, no drawing pack sent off and hoped over.

We are ESSA members. A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, plus the RAMS, structural sign-off and vehicle scheduling your organiser asks for. Because we store stands between shows, a Telford show and an NEC show can run off the same structure rather than two separate builds. FAQ

The venue offers 15,000 square metres of floor space in total, with three fully serviceable exhibition halls accounting for 10,000 square metres of that. It also runs conferencing for up to 4,000 people and gala dinners for up to 2,500.

Unusually easy. All three halls take vehicle access directly, so there are no dock levellers to queue for and no goods lifts limiting what you can bring in. Access slots are still allocated by your show organiser, but the physical constraints that slow a build at larger venues largely are not there.

Because it deliberately keeps venue branding out of the interiors. For an exhibitor that is worth more than it sounds — your stand is not competing with venue livery for attention, and photography from the show comes back without someone else's logo in the background.

Under an hour by road from Birmingham International airport, with rail connections from Birmingham New Street, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury into Telford Central, a mile from the venue. From our workshop in Redditch it is a comfortable run rather than a trip.

Usually, and it is the sensible way to run a Midlands calendar. We build stands to travel and reconfigure, and store them between shows, so two Midlands shows can come off one structure rather than two separate builds.
