Project Overview
Euro Auctions returned to Exhibition Vision for a stand at the National Ploughing Championships, held on the Screggan showground near Tullamore, Co. Offaly from 15 to 17 September 2026. It's Europe's largest outdoor event, drawing an audience of well over 250,000 across the three days — a very different crowd and site to the hard-floored halls at Hillhead, but the same brief: get the client's live auction offering in front of visitors, adapted to a decked outdoor plot rather than a marquee on concrete.
Scope of Work
A branded marquee stand built on its own deck, with the live auction brought onto the stand floor.
Decking platform built to support the show tent
A raised, level base carrying the marquee structure across the showground.
Two flag poles supplied and fitted inside the tent
Flying the Euro Auctions colours above the stand.
Exhibition walling and flooring fitted, with an angled desk and seamless graphics to all walls
A fully branded interior from floor to ceiling.
Touchscreen kiosk and illuminated signage fitted
Letting visitors browse auction listings, with the brand carried after dark.
60-inch plasma screen and audio speakers installed
Bringing the sound and video of a live auction onto the stand floor.
Furniture, lighting and a coffee machine supplied
Somewhere for clients to sit, talk and do deals.
Outcome
The decked marquee gave Euro Auctions a branded, level base on open showground, with the kiosk and 60-inch screen bringing the live auction itself onto the stand rather than just describing it. Furniture and a coffee machine gave visitors somewhere to stop, talk and do deals, while the flag poles and illuminated signage carried the brand above the surrounding stands — important on a showground where Euro Auctions was one of hundreds of exhibitors competing for the same passing footfall.
