Project Overview
This stand needed to showcase a global yacht charter brand within a highly restricted footprint. The focus was on strong visual storytelling, intelligent use of height and lighting, and creating a premium feel without overcrowding the space.
The result was a clean, inviting environment that felt far larger than its dimensions.
What we Delivered
We installed a raised platform across the stand area, allowing us to run electrics discreetly to the required positions while elevating the space architecturally.
Two structural walls were produced and erected, each fitted with high-quality printed banner graphics that showcased Dream Yacht Charter’s global sailing destinations. These large-format visuals became the hero feature of the stand.
We manufactured and fitted header structures incorporating integrated downlights, creating a warm, welcoming glow that enhanced the imagery and made the stand stand out within the exhibition hall.
A bespoke 1m reception desk was produced and installed, complete with internal storage for literature and giveaways. This provided a clear point of engagement at the front of the stand.
To soften the structure and enhance the atmosphere, we added potted greenery to both front corners, helping the stand feel relaxed and lifestyle-focused.
From our in-house AV stock, we supplied and installed a TV screen used to display promotional videos, adding movement and storytelling to the compact space.
Finally, we furnished the stand with white stock seating and tables, creating a comfortable setting where the client could welcome guests and discuss holiday plans in a relaxed environment.
