Same Deutz-Fahr at LAMMA 2025

Returning for the second consecutive year, DEUTZ-FAHR trusted us once again to deliver their LAMMA 2025 exhibition stand at the NEC Birmingham.

Project Overview

Returning for the second consecutive year, DEUTZ-FAHR trusted us once again to deliver their LAMMA 2025 exhibition stand at the NEC Birmingham.

The objective was clear: create a clean, premium branded environment that complemented their impressive machinery display while offering comfortable spaces for meaningful customer conversations.

With heavy equipment surrounding the footprint and an exhibition hall pillar positioned directly within the stand area, intelligent structural planning was essential.

This build combined strong architectural simplicity with high-impact branding and integrated AV.

Working beneath a hanging truss supplied by the NEC — fitted with bright expo lighting — the stand needed to feel structured, visible and refined within a busy agricultural hall environment.

The result was a crisp white and green branded space that balanced machinery showcase with hospitality.

Project Overview
What We Delivered

What We Delivered

We laid carpet tiles across designated areas of the stand to define zones and soften the overall footprint. The mix of open machinery display and structured meeting space ensured the stand felt organised without restricting access.

We supplied and fitted hanging banners to the NEC-provided truss, incorporating weighted pockets at the base to ensure they hung cleanly and remained stable throughout the show.

A central store room was constructed in a white leather-grain finish, incorporating vinyl graphics where required. The rear wall of the store room was wrapped in a high-quality printed banner wrap, reinforcing brand presence from multiple angles.

An exhibition hall pillar fell directly within the stand footprint. Rather than treating this as a compromise, we clad it with stock walling and graphics and integrated AV to turn a structural obstacle into a branded feature.

We supplied and installed two large 80” screens, linked via a fibre cable that we pre-installed during the venue rigging phase before Christmas. This forward planning ensured seamless AV integration once the build commenced.

To support visitor engagement, we created a relaxed seating area for informal conversations and supplied a coffee machine to enhance hospitality on stand.

Key Features

Every element of this stand was designed to work around structural constraints while enhancing brand clarity and visitor comfort.

Pillar Integration

A challenging structural column was transformed into a branded AV feature rather than a visual obstruction.

Fibre-Linked Dual 80” Screens

Pre-installed fibre cabling allowed for seamless high-quality screen connectivity across the stand.

Leather-Grain Store Room Finish

Added a premium, tactile finish while maintaining practical storage functionality.

Suspended Branded Banners

Weighted hanging graphics ensured high visibility beneath the NEC’s overhead truss system.

The Result

The Result

The stand delivered a clean, confident presence within a machinery-heavy hall environment. It provided:

Strong brand visibility from multiple aisles

- Clear zoning between machinery and hospitality areas
- Integrated AV for product storytelling
- Comfortable space for longer customer conversations

And the strongest endorsement?

DEUTZ-FAHR have already confirmed their return for LAMMA 2026 — and we’re already looking forward to building on this success next January.
