Project Overview
For the NEC Furniture Show in Birmingham, Exhibition Vision were commissioned directly to supply and install a large-scale information wall within the main customer atrium.
The purpose of the installation was clear — to provide visitors with immediate, easy-to-understand directional information upon arrival, helping manage footfall and improve the overall event experience.
Positioned in a high-traffic public area, the structure needed to be visually impactful, structurally secure, and fully compliant with venue safety requirements.

Our role covered the complete delivery of the installation, balancing visual impact with the practical and safety requirements of a high-traffic public space. Challenges & Considerations
Installing within a customer atrium introduces a different level of complexity compared to a standard exhibition stand build. With constant public access and high visitor movement, both safety and visibility become critical to the success of the installation. Our team ensured the installation was fully secure, stable, and aligned with all venue requirements, giving complete confidence in both safety and performance.
