Where we build
Most exhibitors do not get to choose their venue — the show picks it, and you work with what you are given. That is why we have written up the venues we work at most often rather than a generic services page: the useful information is nearly always venue-specific, and it is usually the thing nobody tells you until build-up.
Ceiling heights, load-in routes, whether a hall has columns, whether you need a goods lift, which document actually governs your build. None of it is difficult once you know it, and all of it is expensive to discover late.
UK venues
The NEC, ExCeL, Olympia, Coventry, Manchester Central and the Great Yorkshire Showground.
Ireland
Dublin shows and Punchestown in County Kildare, where we built for Euro Auctions at ICE.
European venues
Messe Frankfurt, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and Fiera Milano.
Somewhere not listed?
The list is where we work most, not a limit. Ask and we will tell you straight if we can do it.
Venues by region
We build across three markets from a single workshop in Redditch. The venue guides below cover build constraints, load-in and the paperwork for each — written from working at them rather than copied from the venue's own brochure.
One supplier, one crew, wherever the show is
The advantage of working this way is continuity. The team that designs your stand manufactures it, and the team that manufactures it installs it, whether that is twenty minutes up the road at the NEC or a ferry and a drive away in Milan.
That matters most when something goes wrong, which on a live build it occasionally does. A crew that made the stand can adapt it on the floor. A local subcontractor who received a drawing pack last week cannot. It also means one point of contact, one quote and one company carrying responsibility for the whole thing — including the RAMS, structural sign-off and vehicle scheduling your organiser will ask for.
