Giant By Tobroco at Lamma 2026

A clean, high-impact exhibition stand build designed to maximise product visibility while overcoming structural challenges within the exhibition space.

Project Overview

For GIANT by Tobroco, the objective was to create a strong, professional exhibition environment that allowed their machinery to take centre stage while maintaining a clean and structured layout.

The stand combined large-scale branding with practical features, ensuring the space worked effectively for both product display and visitor engagement. Despite physical constraints within the hall, the final result delivered a cohesive and highly visible presence.

Project Overview

Carpet installation direct to exhibition floor

Creating a clean, uniform base that clearly defined the stand area.

4m high exhibition walling

Constructing tall walling to the closed sides to provide structure and maximise branding opportunities.

Seamless graphic application

Applying high-quality graphics across all walling for a consistent and professional finish.

Corner store room construction

Building a practical storage space to support day-to-day stand operations.

Branded counter installation

Adding a functional reception point with front-facing graphics for strong first impressions.

Truss system for lighting

Installing overhead trussing to support effective, even lighting across the stand.

Scope of Work

Our role focused on delivering the core structure, branding and lighting elements required to bring the stand together, ensuring it performed both visually and practically within a busy exhibition environment. We fitted carpet directly to the hall floor to define the space, constructed 4m high walling to the closed sides, and applied seamless graphics for a clean, consistent finish. A corner store room was integrated to support day-to-day operations, alongside a branded counter to create a clear front-of-house presence. Overhead trussing was then installed to provide effective lighting across the stand. All elements were coordinated and installed with precision, resulting in a professional, well-functioning exhibition space.

Working Around Structural Constraints

Working within an exhibition space often means adapting to fixed structural elements, and in this case, a hall pillar was positioned directly within the stand footprint. Rather than allowing this to disrupt the layout or reduce usable space, we approached it as part of the overall design. The pillar was fully integrated into the stand by cladding it with exhibition wall panels, transforming it into a clean, branded feature that aligned seamlessly with the surrounding walling. Careful positioning ensured that sightlines across the stand remained open, preventing the structure from obstructing views of the machinery or key engagement areas. The graphic finish matched the rest of the stand, maintaining visual consistency and avoiding any sense of compromise. By treating the pillar as an opportunity rather than a limitation, we were able to preserve the flow, balance and overall impact of the stand while ensuring it remained practical and visually cohesive.

Pillar integration into stand design

Incorporating the structural element into the layout rather than working around it.

Full branded cladding

Covering the pillar with exhibition wall panels and graphics for a consistent finish.

Maintaining clean sightlines

Ensuring the pillar did not interrupt visibility across the stand.

Seamless visual continuity

Matching finishes so the pillar felt like part of the overall design.

Strong visual branding

Large-format graphics ensured the stand stood out across the exhibition hall.

Clear and functional layout

Visitors could easily navigate the space while engaging with products.

Effective lighting coverage

Truss-mounted lighting enhanced visibility across all key areas.

Seamless integration of features

Storage, reception and structural elements worked together without disruption.

Outcome

The completed stand delivered a clean, structured and highly effective environment that allowed GIANT by Tobroco to showcase their machinery with clarity and confidence. The layout worked seamlessly, guiding visitors naturally through the space while maintaining strong visibility across all key areas. Large-format graphics and consistent finishes created a bold branded presence within the exhibition hall, ensuring the stand stood out even in a busy, competitive environment. The integration of practical elements such as the store room and reception counter supported smooth day-to-day operations, allowing the client to focus on engaging with visitors rather than managing the space. Lighting played a key role in enhancing the overall presentation, with the truss system ensuring machinery and focal points were evenly and effectively illuminated. Even structural challenges, such as the hall pillar, were resolved without compromise, contributing to a cohesive and professional finish. The result was a well-executed exhibition stand that balanced functionality, branding and visual impact, delivering a space that performed as well operationally as it did aesthetically.
