Our role focused on delivering the core structure, branding and lighting elements required to bring the stand together, ensuring it performed both visually and practically within a busy exhibition environment. We fitted carpet directly to the hall floor to define the space, constructed 4m high walling to the closed sides, and applied seamless graphics for a clean, consistent finish. A corner store room was integrated to support day-to-day operations, alongside a branded counter to create a clear front-of-house presence. Overhead trussing was then installed to provide effective lighting across the stand. All elements were coordinated and installed with precision, resulting in a professional, well-functioning exhibition space.

The completed stand delivered a clean, structured and highly effective environment that allowed GIANT by Tobroco to showcase their machinery with clarity and confidence. The layout worked seamlessly, guiding visitors naturally through the space while maintaining strong visibility across all key areas. Large-format graphics and consistent finishes created a bold branded presence within the exhibition hall, ensuring the stand stood out even in a busy, competitive environment. The integration of practical elements such as the store room and reception counter supported smooth day-to-day operations, allowing the client to focus on engaging with visitors rather than managing the space. Lighting played a key role in enhancing the overall presentation, with the truss system ensuring machinery and focal points were evenly and effectively illuminated. Even structural challenges, such as the hall pillar, were resolved without compromise, contributing to a cohesive and professional finish. The result was a well-executed exhibition stand that balanced functionality, branding and visual impact, delivering a space that performed as well operationally as it did aesthetically.
