New Scientist Live

From interactive experiences to talks by the best-loved scientists and top academic minds, this inspirational and educational festival promises to showcase the latest breakthroughs, innovations, and discoveries in science and technology. New Scientist Live is for anyone and everyone who is curious about our brains, our bodies, our planet and our universe.

Tickets are available for either day or the whole weekend, and if you can’t make it to Excel London, you can join the live stream to ensure you don’t miss out.

New Scientist Live takes place at ExCeL London, 10–12 Oct 2026. If you are exhibiting, we design, build and install custom exhibition stands here. Over a show of this length, the stands that perform are the ones where the layout was decided before the visuals.

ExCeL's halls are open-plan and long, so a stand competes for attention across real distance. Height limits vary by hall, typically between four and six metres, and rigging, electrics and flooring must go through the venue's approved contractors. Loading runs via the east and west entrances on timed slots.

A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, along with the RAMS, structural sign-off and contractor coordination the venue requires.
