MAYOR’S EXHIBITION, SPORT AND PARASPORT EXHIBITION, BIODIVERSITY AND ECOLOGICAL ENGIENEERING EXHIBITION

The Salon des Maires et des Collectivités (Mayor's Exhibition) is the must-attend event for elected officials and stakeholders involved in regional management and development. This event offers exhibitors the opportunity to present their new solutions for local authorities, make new contacts, strengthen existing relationships and raise their profile. This exhibition is organised in conjunction with two other exhibitions:

• The Sports and Parasports Exhibitionbrings together all stakeholders in the sports sector. It provides a privileged gathering for exchange and cooperation between the various public, private and associative components of the French sports industry.
• The Biodiversity and Ecological Engineering Exhibition presents the most comprehensive range of products and services dedicated to improving and restoring biodiversity and ecological functions across all environments. It brings together the widest range of professionals for whom biodiversity conservation is a priority.

MAYOR’S EXHIBITION, SPORT AND PARASPORT EXHIBITION, BIODIVERSITY AND ECOLOGICAL ENGIENEERING EXHIBITION takes place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 24–26 Nov 2026. If you are exhibiting, we design, build and install custom exhibition stands here. Over a show of this length, the stands that perform are the ones where the layout was decided before the visuals.

Every venue sets its own rules on stand height, rigging, build access and paperwork, and they are issued by the show organiser rather than the venue itself. We work to those manuals across dozens of shows a year.

A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, along with the RAMS, structural sign-off and contractor coordination the venue requires. You do not need to wait for a callback to find out what it costs — enter your stand dimensions in our online builder for an instant estimate.
