HIX Europe 2026

HIX Europe is the ever-changing design experience that makes hotels incredible. Returning for its next chapter in 2026, HIX Europe moves to its new home at Excel London – a connected and curated campus bringing together the best in hotel design from across Europe.

Over two days, the hospitality design community will come together for a celebration of everything that shapes the guest experience – from inspiring new collections and immersive installations to thought-provoking talks, networking and social experiences.

HIX Europe brings together the entire hotel interiors ecosystem, connecting leading design brands with the architects, interior designers, specifiers, operators, developers, investors and procurement professionals behind Europe’s most exciting hospitality projects.

HIX Europe 2026 takes place at ExCeL London, 25–26 Nov 2026. If you are exhibiting, we design, build and install custom exhibition stands here. Over a show of this length, the stands that perform are the ones where the layout was decided before the visuals.

ExCeL's halls are open-plan and long, so a stand competes for attention across real distance. Height limits vary by hall, typically between four and six metres, and rigging, electrics and flooring must go through the venue's approved contractors. Loading runs via the east and west entrances on timed slots.

A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, along with the RAMS, structural sign-off and contractor coordination the venue requires. You do not need to wait for a callback to find out what it costs — enter your stand dimensions in our online builder for an instant estimate.
