Grand Designs Live Birmingham returns to the NEC from 2–4 October 2026, bringing together the latest innovations in home design, self-build, renovation, interiors and gardens. Inspired by the hit Channel 4 series, the event offers visitors the chance to explore hundreds of exhibitors, discover new products, attend live talks from industry experts and gain practical advice for every stage of their project. The NEC is the UK's largest exhibition venue, and the scale changes what works. Halls are vast with long sightlines, so height, lighting and branding readable from the aisle do more work than detail at eye level.
