EquipHotel Paris
EquipHotel is Europe’s premier hospitality trade show, the global hub where hospitality connects and innovates, bringing together key players across design, foodservice, wellbeing and technology.
Tailored for decision-makers, the event delivers actionable insights and solutions for capital projects, procurement and strategic growth.
Over four days, attendees gain access to expert panels, curated content and valuable networking opportunities, making EquipHotel the must-attend event for everyone shaping the future of hospitality.
EquipHotel Paris takes place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 2–5 Nov 2026. If you are exhibiting, we design, build and install custom exhibition stands here. Over a show of this length, the stands that perform are the ones where the layout was decided before the visuals.
Every venue sets its own rules on stand height, rigging, build access and paperwork, and they are issued by the show organiser rather than the venue itself. We work to those manuals across dozens of shows a year.
A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, along with the RAMS, structural sign-off and contractor coordination the venue requires. You do not need to wait for a callback to find out what it costs — enter your stand dimensions in our online builder for an instant estimate.
