London Packaging Week Innovation Awards takes place at ExCeL London, 16–17 Sep 2026. If you are exhibiting, we design, build and install custom exhibition stands here. Buyers arrive with order lists and limited time, so product needs to be visible from the aisle and reachable, with somewhere to sit and write.

ExCeL's halls are open-plan and long, so a stand competes for attention across real distance. Height limits vary by hall, typically between four and six metres, and rigging, electrics and flooring must go through the venue's approved contractors. Loading runs via the east and west entrances on timed slots.

A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, along with the RAMS, structural sign-off and contractor coordination the venue requires.
