The London School & College Leaver Festival 2026 takes place at ExCeL London, 17–18 Nov 2026. If you are exhibiting, we design, build and install custom exhibition stands here. Over a show of this length, the stands that perform are the ones where the layout was decided before the visuals.

ExCeL's halls are open-plan and long, so a stand competes for attention across real distance. Height limits vary by hall, typically between four and six metres, and rigging, electrics and flooring must go through the venue's approved contractors. Loading runs via the east and west entrances on timed slots.

A full build covers design, manufacture, transport, installation, on-site management and dismantle, along with the RAMS, structural sign-off and contractor coordination the venue requires.
